Terms of service

These terms cover purchases made on shop.good-spring.com, operated by Goodspring LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("Goodspring"). Buying something here means you accept them.

1. What is sold. Physical goods (prints, apparel) and fixed-scope measurement services for Shopify stores. Each service is governed by its own engagement terms, linked from the product page; where those terms and this page differ, the engagement terms win for that service.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments; Goodspring does not see or store card numbers. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

3. Services. A service purchase starts an engagement under its engagement terms: what you provide, what Goodspring delivers, the timeline, and the guarantee. Goodspring requests only what the engagement terms list: for the reconciliation, two exports and no account access. Goodspring's findings are its independent professional opinion, stated with the arithmetic attached; they are not a promise of any particular business result, and Goodspring never promises a percentage lift.

4. Goods. Descriptions and images are accurate to the best of Goodspring's knowledge; small colour differences between screen and print are normal. Returns and refunds are described in the refund policy.

5. Your content. If a product accepts customer-supplied text or choices, you confirm you have the right to use what you submit. Goodspring may decline to produce anything offensive or infringing and will refund that order.

6. Intellectual property. Everything on this store (words, art, the Goodspring name and mark) is Goodspring's or used with permission. Buying a print or shirt buys the object, not the right to reproduce the art.

7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Goodspring's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Iowa unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.

9. Changes. Goodspring may update these terms; the version in force is the one shown here at the time of your purchase.
