Shipping policy

Services ship nothing. The Measurement Reconciliation and the Revenue-Leak Diagnostic are delivered by email and a recorded call, on the timeline in their engagement terms. No shipping charge applies, and checkout does not ask for a shipping address for a service-only order.

Goods (prints, apparel)

• Ships within the United States only for now.
• Orders leave within 5 business days of purchase. Prints ship flat or in a tube, depending on size.
• Shipping is charged at checkout at the rate shown before you pay; there are no hidden handling fees.
• A tracking number is emailed when the order ships.
• If a package arrives damaged, see the refund policy: a photo within 14 days gets a replacement or a refund.
